Cut-to-Size Valchromat
Cut-to-size Valchromat is available at MDF Direct to make it easier for you to use for your chosen application. The smallest pre-cut size available is 2440 x 1220mm, but choosing a cut-to-size sheet will enable you to tailor your Valchromat order to suit your needs.
Along with being able to select an alternative to the standard 2440 x 1220mm size, you will also be able to choose your perfect thickness. We can supply Valchromat sheets in a choice of thicknesses with 8mm, 12mm, and 19mm options available.

Organic dyes

During the manufacturing process, the wood fibres are individually impregnated with organic dyes and chemically bonded by specifically developed resins that give these panels their special properties. Moisture Resistant
As well as being individually impregnated with organic dyes and chemically bonded for greater internal cohesion, Valchromat boasts additional special properties. This wood fibre panel is also moisture resistant and conforms to moisture-resistant EN319 EN317. These British Standards refer to the performance of the product in terms of thickness after immersion in water and its perpendicular tensile strength.
